Cancellation Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited session. All services are non-refundable once rendered. Reiki is a complementary healing modality and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. By booking, you agree to honor the energetic exchange and practice mutual respect.
